Deze Poesia Invecchiato Superiore Riserva ORO, Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP, (zoals hij officieel heet) is donker met heldere reflecties. Zijn oorsprong ligt in most van de Lambrusco druif, een oude, antieke inheemse wijnstok. Deze most wordt gekookt in open ketels in de open lucht op direct vuur.\u00a0 Door de lange rijping in houten vaatjes heeft hij een een speciale stroperigheid en zoetheid, zonder zijn karakter te verliezen. Zowel gekookt als rauw gaat hij prachtig samen met uitgebreide gerechten van vlees, vis en groenten.<\/p>\n
