De druiven worden half september met de hand geoogst, daarna volgt de vinificatie. Dit gebeurt traditioneel onder gecontroleerde temperatuur. Daarna volgt fermentatie en verdere rijping in ondergrondse, geglazuurde cementen containers op 20-22 graden. De wijn wordt koel gebotteld om alle natuurlijke frisheid en aroma\u2019 s te behouden.<\/p>\n
In de neus geeft hij aroma’ s van rijp fruit, een lichte kruidigheid met mediterrane tonen. Hij is vol en omhullend, bijzonder smaakvol en met een lange aromatische afdronk.<\/p>\n
