Genoemd naar de steen Giada, een kostbare edelsteen die meestal groen van kleur is, maar er bestaat een hele uitzonderlijke die net zo roze van kleur is als deze Rosato, ongewoon en uitzonderlijk. Of is deze Rosato zo genoemd om een persoonlijke reden, nl. in het jaar dat ze bij Pichierri begonnen met het produceren van deze Ros\u00e9, is er binnen de familie een mooi, klein meisje genaamd Giada geboren en zou deze wijn wellicht aan deze kleine telg zijn opgedragen.<\/strong><\/p>\n Deze wijn is gemaakt van 100% Primitivo druiven, rijpt na de zachte persing en het zeer snel verwijderen van de schillen op zijn eigen, natuurlijke gisten in RVS vaten. Daarna gaat hij voor 1 maand in Barriques, wordt dan koel gebotteld om alle natuurlijke frisheid en aroma’ s te behouden.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n In de neus een explosie van fruitige aroma’ s, verrijkt met tonen van delicate bloemen.
