Deze wijn is geboren uit de aanhoudende vraag vanuit de klanten van Sergio Delai en de combinatie met een uitzonderlijk wijnjaar heeft deze wijnmakers doen besluiten tot de Remake van\u00a0 een “Oud Etiket”, de Marzemino.<\/p>\n
Na een erg warm en droog seizoen, maar met vochtige, koele nachten volgde een vroege, rijke oogst (eind Augustus). Zo konden Sergio en Raffaela met rijping in RVS onder gecontroleerde temperatuur dit oude etiket “Marzemino’ weer nieuw leven inblazen.<\/p>\n
Met herkenbare geuren van het terroir, de aarde en het meer. En met aroma’ s van rood fruit en dan met name frambozen en wat rijper fruit zoals bramen, pruimen en jam, met een vleugje bosviooltjes.<\/p>\n
Een in Nederland vrijwel onbekende druivensoort is de Italiaanse \u00a0\u201cMarzemino\u201d.\u00a0<\/strong>De Marzemino is een laat rijpende druif. Daardoor is ze in het noorden van Itali\u00eb (het zuidelijke gedeelte van Trentino) wat op het achterplan geraakt. De Marzemino geeft geen zware, maar wel erg smaakvolle wijnen die vaak een felle paarse kleur vertonen. Marzemino heeft vaak de geur van wilde bessen, viooltjes en pruimen. De wijn wordt verder geroemd om haar fruitige smaak.In het het jaar 1409 werd de \u201cMarzemino\u201d wijn geschonken tijdens een groot diner met Paus Gregory XII.
