Sergio en Raffaela Delai besloten die nacht om de Charmat methode te gaan toepassen op de vinificatie van hun befaamde ros\u00e9, de \u2018Notte Rosa\u2019. Ze pasten een strenge selectie toe op de beste, natuurlijk gearomatiseerde druiven.<\/p>\n
De bloemige most en de 2e<\/sup> gisting op lage temperatuur geven deze wijn een fijne, homogene en persisterende perlage die de aroma\u2019 s van aardbeien, witte bloemen en rozenblaadjes
