Misschien een wat vreemde naam voor een wijn, maar \u2018901\u2019 verwijst naar het zogeheten deel van de wijngaard, waar de Groppello-druif geoogst wordt.<\/p>\n
Gropello is toch een blauwe druif? Klopt helemaal, maar deze prachtige witte, sprankelende Spumante wordt gemaakt van alleen maar blauwe druivensoorten\u2026<\/p>\n
Het is een verhaal van een gewonnen weddenschap, iets met tradities in wijn maken aan het Gardameer, die Sergio Delai is aangegaan en wat heeft het een fantastische frisse, heldere, zuivere \u2018bubbel\u2019 opgeleverd die door de \u2018Methode Charmat\u2019 niet alleen een hele mooie, fijne en persisterende sprankeling maar ook hele mooie hints van gist en broodkorst gekregen heeft.<\/p>\n
